Sales/Installation Administrator
 
Basic Salary – from £21,840 per annum plus attendance bonus + Pension + Bonus Scheme + 25 days holiday
 

BWS Standfast Fire & Security have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Installation Administrator to work at our Corston office.

You will need to be a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team using your own initiative. It is essential to have a “can-do” attitude and work with the sales/installation team to learn the products, processes and systems within the company to be able to confidently liaise with new and existing customers.

Experience working in a sales environment would be of great benefit. Must have an excellent telephone manner with good people skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients will be vital. You will need the skills to learn new systems and adhere to the company’s processes to ensure a consistent way of working across the sales team with exceptional attention to detail. Good organisation and time management required, together with high productivity levels and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Job Role

The Sales/Installation Administrator will support the Operations Director with responding to new/existing sales enquiries and assist in the administration of new customers installations.

  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times, via verbal and written communication
  • Adopt a professional telephone manner at all times, remaining calm under pressure
  • Respond to enquiries and orders within agreed timescales
  • Responsible for keeping records and in house databases fully up to date
  • Process new orders promptly and accurately via order processing system
  • Sourcing prices and placing orders with suppliers
  • General administration and office support duties
 
Skills Required

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A background in administration, ideally Fire & Security
  • A passion for providing world class customer service
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
 
About Us

BWS Standfast Fire & Security are a well-established (30 Years) BAFE and NSI Gold accredited Intruder & Fire business and are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator.

We are based in Bath and focus our work principally on the South-West.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced multi-disciplined Fire & Security Installation Engineers to join BWS Standfast Fire & Security, one of the South West’s leading companies. We are a well-established (30 years) BAFE and NSI Gold accredited Fire & Security business. We work throughout the South West and also nationally through our partnership with the NASIC group.

Job Role

The Fire & Security Installation Engineer will conduct installations of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control Systems.

  • Basic Mains Compliance
  • A passion for providing world class customer service
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • A desire to be financially rewarded for hard work, dedication and commitment
